This is an eight minute video with over 160,000 views.  I don't necessarily agree with following these "Laws of Power" but I show it so that people know there are others out there that may be using these Laws as a way to negotiate.  Since this video has been viewed 160k times I am guessing there are people out there that use these techniques.  The best negotiatiors are prepared and know different techniques people use.  Thoughts?

Would love to hear your comments on this blog.

"Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square hole. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do." ~Apple - Steve Jobs

This is one of my favorite leadership moments from a movie.  If the leader isn't leading and/or isn't passionate, can you expect your staff?

If you find this video valuable please share it with others.

The only thing this video has to do with Supply Chain is that the summer job is in a distribution center.  Quick explanation of compound interest.  With so many people working summer jobs thought there would be parents who would want to show this to their kdis.

Please share this on Twitter, Facebook or Google.  Or best yet, share on all three.
