Are SCM companies in the need for new innovative training solutions. I currently work within the forward and reverse logistics of a Telecom company. I notice in my industry and others that training is quite lacking but I don't hear much of an uproar to enhance training solutions.
What are your thoughts on this? Any supply chain professionals knowingly look for training solutions or is this not a priority?
